Cryptic (sorry, best I can do)

Every once in a while my brain gets the better of the rest of me and demands I do things I don't want to. Or maybe the rest of me demands that my brain stop for just a minute and let the rest of me take over. I'm fairly sure its the first. This may be foolishness and it may be wisdom, but it is extremely unpleasant, not to mention painful. The future will tell.
