Today's lunch

Lunch today was a toaster waffle with homemade apple compote, along with homemade chocolate souffle and vanilla custard sauce. Shortly, it will be followed by housemate made Turkish coffee, traded for the second souffle. I've only had 5 hours of sleep, but that's because I stayed up late reading the first half of The Wise Man's Fear.

Start of today? Pretty dang good.

ETA: OK, that was pretty sugar heavy. Adding egg and crispy pancetta omelet to even things out.
