Merry Christmas!
Dec. 26th, 2006 02:37 amDear everyone in my family,
Thank you for the gloves. And the other two pairs. And the five other ones too. :)
You might think 8 pairs of gloves are overkill, but given that this winter I've already lost a number I'm ashamed to admit, this might let me make it through the winter with warm hands. This also teaches a valuable lesson about the dangers of telling your parents melodramatic tales of woe over frostbite from biking in the wind. (For example, the D-cell battery-operated pair are probably going to sit in the closet until I need to shovel out over a foot of snow. Those things are heavy!) Hopefully, I'll keep better track of my gloves, now that I have such an abundance to choose from, and can give away a few pairs next winter.
Hope you all are having a good time at home, since I'm pretty sure most people on this list have gone home for a little while, Christmas-celebrators or not.
Edit: I forgot one pair. Make that 9.
