Going home, now with more exciting

lorimt,
No matter what you think, no matter how good an idea it seems this time, you should not attempt to sleep for 4 hours. It *will* fail. There is something special about the number 4 and your otherwise quite variable sleep schedule. Four means doom. Two can be managed, 5 or 6 your body will do on its own, but 4 you will mysteriously sleep through without a hint of good judgement to help with things like "reset your alarm, don't try to "just rest" for the next half-hour." It was 2am! Why did you even *try* to sleep?!? ::mutters:: Think of all those times you don't sleep before flights, and how much better it works. :)

The bad news is I have to wait on standby for another flight. The good news is I can wait on standby for another flight.
Edit to add:
Huzzah for friendly AirTran folk! I went to the airport and got on another, equally pleasant, flight with no problems whatsoever and even had an empty seat next to me on the first half of the "completely full flight". Now I am in MN, warm, alive and internetful.
