Boston arrival, this time for real
Aug. 21st, 2005 01:06 amSo, about that driving leaving Monday. Turns out that flying is way cheaper, once you consider the price of gas and how far apart MN and MA actually are, geographically rather then lexicographically (Did I actually spell that right? LJ spell check isn't complaining...). As such, I'm getting into Boston at about 10:30pm with way too much luggage. It turns out they let you have 3 checked bags, which is convenient, since while I've confirmed one *can* live out of a single duffel bag and backpack, it is kind of nice not to have to.
Anyhow, my new goal is to get from the airport to not the airport, along with all my luggage. It is quite possible
cmouse will be able to pick me up, but if not, I'd rather pay/take out to dinner people I actually know than random taxi drivers. Are there Boston-area folk who are free around then?
