Happy Unbirthday to me! I just recieved one of the coolest birthday presents, and my birthday is still just over a month away. Thats right, I have just recieved the appliance my french dessert cookbook claims every good cook should have: a blowtorch. Now I need to get creme brule ingredients to fulfil my half of the bargin.
