So, unfortunately, the fermented part of kombucha appears to mean it tastes like sauerkraut. In this case sort of fruit flavored slightly bubbly sauerkraut. For those with any doubt in their minds, this is not, in fact, a good thing. Ick. Better luck next time. :)
